hdwwiz.cpl

Apparently, there is a relationship to the Device Manager (devmgmt.msc): When using control.exe with hdwwiz.cpl it opens the same window as when typing devmgmt.msc into cmd.exe:

C:\> control hdwwiz.cpl
C:\> devmgmt.msc
