perfmon.exe

perfmon.exe is a GUI tool to collect and view Performance Counter data.

The executable launches MMC with the Performance Monitor snap-in, which provides access to the Performance Monitor, Data Collector Sets, and Reports tools.

Show Resource view:

C:\> perfmon /res

Start the System Diagnostic Data Collector Set and then display a report of its results:

C:\> perfmon /report

Start the reliability monitor:

C:\> perfmon /rel

Start the performance monitor:

C:\> perfmon /sys

perfmon.exe starts the perfmon.msc snap in.
