Shell command: adduser

sudo addgroup someGroup
sudu adduser --ingroup someGroup someUser

TODO

On an Oracle Linux 8.10 system, I found adduser to be a symlink to useradd:
$ ls -l $(which adduser useradd)
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root      7 Apr  9  2024 /usr/sbin/adduser -> useradd
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 151720 Apr  9  2024 /usr/sbin/useradd
