escape

By default, single quotes are escaped to #x27;:
html.escape("foo'bar&baz") -> foo'bar&baz
If the second parameter is set to False, single quotes are not escaped:
html.escape("foo'bar&baz", False) -> foo'bar&baz

unescape

html.unescape('foo&bar') -> foo&bar
