Cloud Control is a web based management console for Oracle.

Components of Cloud Control

Oracle Management Service (OMS) (A set of J2EE applications)
Oracle Management Agents (processes deployed on each monitored host)
Oracle Management Repository (basically an Oracle schema)

RMAN is accessible from the Cloud Control through a set of wizards. In fact, Oracle says that Cloud Control is simpler than RMAN.

It's possible to define a job schedule and specify job parameters.
