Installation

Before installing Spatial in a PDB, it must be installed in CDB$ROOT. (See catcon.pl) 
sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL> alter session set plsql_warnings='disable:all';
SQL> @?/ord/admin/ordinst.sql sysaux sysaux
SQL> @?/md/admin/mdinst.sql
