Resume From Hibernate boot application

winresume.exe is executed by by the boot manager (bootmgr) instead of winload.exe if it loads from a hibernated system.

winresume.exe (as is also winload.exe) is located in %SYSTEMROOT%\System32 and %SYSTEMROOT%\System32\Boot.
