Multi Language Support

mlang.dll is intended to help developers solve problems presented by the international scope of the internet.

Although it provides COM interfaces, it does not come with a type lib (so add reference does not work in the Visual Basic Editor).

However, there is a mlang.ild in the Platform SDK under the include directory.
