gpresult.exe

gpresult.exe is a utility than can be used in a console (such as cmd.exe or PowerShell) to display the Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP) information for a target user and computer.

The RSoP informs which GOP apply or might apply to a particular user on a given machine.

gpresult -z (or gpresult /z) displays super verbose information.

gpresult -h %temp%\output.html creates a html report.
