WSL 2.3.17 stores core dumps by default in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\wsl-crashes\.

The folder can be changed by setting crashDumpFolder under the section [wsl2] in %USERPROFILE%\.wslconfig.

Setting MaxCrashDumpCount to -1 enables the generation of core dumps for WSL.
