In particular, this command shows the (or at least some?) relevant information found in the registry under

If the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.ext\OpenWithList exists, it probably should be removed.
