Excel: Data -> Outline

The following three functions allow to collapse and later expand rows/columns:

Group
Ungroup
Subtotal

Settings (in the bottom right corner)

Tick or untick

Summary rows below detail
Summary columns to right of detail
Automatic styles

Buttons:

Create
Apply Styles
Ok/Cancel

It seems that this settings link is deactivated if the active cell is within the area containing excels data (i. e. the area that gets selected with ctrl-A).
